Share issue and bond redemption
Taaleri Kapitaali acted as the financial advisor to Turun Toriparkki Oy in its share issues totaling to EUR 16 million and subsequent bond redemption in June 2023.
Turun Toriparkki is a modern parking facility that opened at the Turku Market Square at the end of 2020. Toriparkki was built to meet the increased demand for parking spaces, which has arisen from significant investments by businesses operating in the Market Square area aimed at revitalizing the region, leading to the renewal of the entire area into an attractive service hub. Toriparkki provides direct access to, among other things, three shopping centers and two hotels.
