Mattiovi Oy

Taaleri Private Equity Funds, Taaleri Investments, co-investors and the management sold 100% of the shares in Mattiovi Oy to Jeld-Wen, the world’s largest door producer, in June 2017. The initial investment in Mattiovi was made in 2013, and Mattiovi acquired Fenestra’s interior door and frame businesses in 2014. The integration and restructuring of the acquired businesses was completed in 2016, which resulted in a significant improvement in the profitability of the operations. Taaleri Kapitaali acted as financial advisor to the sellers.
