Issuance of preferred equity and common stock.
Taaleri Kapitaali acted as Fintoil’s financial advisor in the issuance of EUR 40m of preferred equity and EUR 11m of common stock.
Fintoil was founded in 2017 to focus on the refining of Crude Tall Oil. Fintoil’s founders and key persons have decades of experience from the CTO refining industries and related investments. The company’s biorefinery will start up at the Hamina oil port in 2022.
