Senior secured green bond and negotiation of Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility
Taaleri Kapitaali acted as financial advisor in Fintoil’s issue of EUR 70m senior secured green bond and in the negotiation of EUR 10m Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility.
Fintoil was founded in 2017 to focus on the refining of Crude Tall Oil. Fintoil’s founders and key persons have decades of experience from the CTO refining industries and related investments. The company’s biorefinery will start up at the Hamina oil port in 2022.
