EUR 9m secured bond
Aalto Real Estate Oy acquired a property located at Satamakatu 11, Helsinki, from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland in the autumn 2017. The property, which was earlier in industrial and office use, is being converted into premium apartments. As part of the financing package, Asunto Oy Kasinonranta, the property owner, issued a EUR 9m secured bond. Taaleri Kapitaali acted as financial advisor to the issuer and manager of the bond issue.
